1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the platform 3539bet, available at 3539bet.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their most current version. If you do not agree with any provision of this document, you should not create an account or use the services of 3539bet.

Acceptance of these terms is mandatory and binding from the moment you complete the registration process on the platform. Simply using the services also constitutes full acceptance of this document, regardless of any express confirmation.

A 3539bet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with prior notice by email or platform notification. Continued use of the services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2Definitions

For the purposes of this document, the terms below have the following meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the website 3539bet.best, its subdomains, applications, and any other interface used to access the services of 3539bet.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the services of the 3539bet.
• "Account" refers to the individual account created by the user on the platform, identified by a unique email and password.
• "Balance" refers to the amount in BRL (R$) available in the user's account for betting and gaming, excluding unreleased bonus balance.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to amounts credited by 3539bet as a promotion, subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bet" refers to any amount wagered by the user on sports, casino games, poker, or any other products available on the platform.
• "Odd" refers to the multiplier factor that defines the potential return on a sports bet.

3Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on 3539bet and use its services, the user must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age of age as proven by official ID;
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF registered and active with the Receita Federal;
• Not be subject to an active self-exclusion measure on any betting platform;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an employee or partner of 3539bet;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration;
• Be of full legal capacity under current Brazilian law.

Each user may hold only an active account on the platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same CPF, email address, phone number, physical address, or device is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved, with possible retention of balances for investigation.

A 3539bet uses automated systems and human review to detect suspicious registrations, fraud, and platform misuse. Identified cases are referred to the relevant authorities when applicable.

4User Account

The user is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials (email and password). 3539bet strongly recommends using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication, available in your account settings.

Under no circumstances should you share your password or allow third parties to access your account. Any bet or transaction made using your credentials is your responsibility, except in cases where you notify the 3539bet immediately about any unauthorized access.

• Notify support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by a third party;
• Keep your email address and phone number up to date to receive security alerts;
• Do not use a VPN or proxy service to access the platform, as this may trigger security checks;
• Voluntary account closure can be requested at any time through support.

A 3539bet may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms without prior notice in cases of suspected fraud. Balances in accounts closed due to terms violations may be held for review for up to 90 days.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at 3539bet are processed exclusively in Brazilian BRL (R$). Foreign currency transactions are not accepted. Available payment methods include:

• Pix – instant deposit, withdrawal in up to 5 minutes, available 24 hours a day;
• Boleto bancário – compensation within up to 3 business days after payment;
• Credit and debit card – Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and other accepted card networks;
• Mercado Pago and PicPay – processed within 30 minutes;
• TED Transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks.

Withdrawals may only be made to bank accounts or Pix keys registered under the same CPF as the account on 3539bet. Transfers to third parties are not permitted. Processing of the first withdrawal may require full identity verification (KYC), as described in Section 3.

A 3539bet reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds in cases of high-value deposits or unusual transaction patterns, as a measure to prevent money laundering in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.

6Bonuses and Promotions

A 3539bet regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback, and other special deals. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which can be found on the Promotions before signing up. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• The welcome bonus is offered only once per user (per CPF, email, phone number, or device);
• Every bonus has a rollover requirement that must be met before the balance can be withdrawn – the default value is 20x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the promotion;
• The rollover requirement must be met within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 in Sports Betting do not count toward the rollover;
• Unused bonuses or those with an expired rollover period are automatically cancelled with no replacement;
• A 3539bet reserves the right to cancel promotions or modify their terms with 24 hours' prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including cross-betting, multiple accounts, or the use of bots — will result in immediate bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

In the event of a conflict between the general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of the promotion shall prevail for the matter in question.

7Sports Betting

A 3539bet offers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, state championships, and international leagues), volleyball, basketball, MMA, UFC, e-sports, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the event is postponed or cancelled by the organizing body;
• Events postponed by more than 72 hours will have their bets voided and the wagered amount returned to the user's balance;
• Obviously incorrect odds (e.g., odds of 100.00 on an outright favorite) may be voided by the 3539bet, with the wagered amount refunded;
• Bets placed after the official start of an event (late bets) in pre-match markets are automatically cancelled;
• In the live betting market, odds update continuously and the 3539bet may suspend markets at any time during an event;
• In the event that an official result is disputed by the event's organizing body, 3539bet will await the official result before settling bets.

A 3539bet is not responsible for interruptions in live streaming that may affect the real-time betting experience, as these do not in themselves determine the outcome of bets, which follow the official result of the event.

8Casino & Games

The casino games available on the 3539bet – including slots, live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and more – are provided by certified suppliers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and other partners. All games use Random Number Generation (RNG) systems audited by independent laboratories.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is published by the provider and is available in the game information section within the platform;
• Technical issues during a game round (internet outage, server error) are handled according to each provider's dispute resolution policy – in case of doubt, the transaction history is the official source;
• Minimum and maximum bets vary by game and are displayed before each match begins;
• A 3539bet may restrict access to certain games in compliance with provider or regulatory requirements;
• Progressive jackpots are pooled across the network and their values are determined by the providers, not by 3539bet.

The use of bots, automated scripts, cheating systems, or any method that interferes with the normal functioning of the games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure with balance retention for investigation.

9Poker

The poker lobby of the 3539bet offers guaranteed tournaments, Sit & Go, cash games, and freerolls in formats such as Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and variants. The following specific rules apply to poker:

• The rake charged at cash game tables ranges from 4.5% to 5% of the pot, with a maximum cap per hand as described in each table's details;
• Tournament buy-ins include the registration fee of the 3539bet (e.g., R$ 11.00 = R$ 10.00 prize pool + R$ 1.00 fee);
• Guaranteed (GTD) tournaments pay out the announced minimum prize even if total registrations do not reach the guarantee;
• Collusion between players, use of unauthorized software aids (unauthorized HUDs), and any form of multi-accounting in tournaments is prohibited;
• Freerolls have limited seats and the access conditions (registration, minimum deposit, hand volume) vary by tournament and are described in the lobby;
• Disconnections during a poker hand are handled by the platform's automatic connection protection policy, which may vary by game type.

A 3539bet may monitor hand histories and gameplay patterns to identify suspicious behavior. Players found to be colluding will have their accounts closed and winnings cancelled.

10Prohibited Conduct and Use

The user agrees to use 3539bet for lawful entertainment purposes only and in compliance with Brazilian law. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account on the platform per CPF or per device;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Placing bets using third-party funds without express authorization;

Any violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or closure, cancellation of balances and bonuses, and notification to the relevant authorities when the violation involves illegal activity.

12Responsible Gambling

A 3539bet believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial problems. We offer the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit limits: set a maximum deposit limit per day, week, or month in your account settings;
• Temporary self-exclusion: block access to your account for periods ranging from 1 day to 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account — this action is irreversible;
• Automatic alerts: email and mobile notifications when betting patterns indicate risky behavior;
• Specialized support: direct access to responsible gambling guidance 24 hours a day.

The platform is strictly prohibited for users under 18. The 3539bet employs technical and verification measures to prevent underage access, and also relies on the cooperation of legal guardians to ensure minors do not access betting services.

13Limitation of Liability

A 3539bet is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets freely placed by the user;
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures (internet providers, game servers, banking systems);

• Decisions and outcomes of sporting events, which are determined solely by the organizing bodies;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform;

A 3539bet makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least 2 hours in advance.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of 3539bet to the user, for any reason, will exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

14Amendments to Terms and Jurisdiction

A 3539bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email and/or a platform notification at least 7 calendar days before taking effect. Continued use of the services after this period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Previous versions of the Terms and Conditions may be requested from customer support for historical reference purposes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
